Man charged over 'ammonia' attack in Vauxhall

A man has been charged after a liquid, thought to be ammonia, was sprayed on three men in Vauxhall in south London.

Two men were assaulted near the Lightbox club on 8 May while the third victim was sprayed in the face a short time later, police said.

Jonathan Lynn, of Worcester Park, Kent, has been charged with three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and section 18 wounding with intent.

The 31-year-old will appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court.

Mr Lynn, of Dorking Close, has also been charged with possession of a weapon for discharge of a noxious liquid and/or gas.
