A planned strike by Piccadilly Line Tube workers has been suspended, it has been announced.

Rail Maritime and Transport (RMT) union members were set to walk out for 24 hours from noon on 4 December.

This has now been suspended after progress was made in talks between the union and London Underground bosses.

The dispute centres over union claims that agreements are being "ripped up" which led to a breakdown in industrial relations.
