Man charged over 'racist Tube train rant'

A man has been charged over a "racist rant" on a Tube train that was filmed and broadcast on the internet.

The outburst was believed to have occurred on a Bakerloo Line train on 15 October.

Keith Hurdle, 52, from Carpenders Park in Hertfordshire, was arrested four days later and has been charged with two racially aggravated public order offences.

He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 15 November.
