London mayoral election: Boris Johnson grilled by BBC panel

Mayoral candidate Boris Johnson has been grilled by a panel of BBC London journalists on his bid to be re-elected as mayor.

Mr Johnson was asked about his plans for the economy, policing, transport and driverless trains.

It is the second in a series of interviews with the major candidates for the 3 May election.

Labour candidate Ken Livingstone was interviewed on Monday.

Liberal Democrat Brian Paddick and Green Party candidate Jenny Jones are in the hotseat shortly.
