Battersea Power Station plans in doubt

Chancellor George Osborne and London Mayor Boris Johnson were in Battersea on Monday, promising redevelopment and an extension to the Northern Line, largely funded by developers.

But three days on and it looks as if the developers are heading for administration while Labour's mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone has called it an embarrassing blow.

So, what now for this grand plan for London?
