William Saunderson-Smith death: Second murder charge

A second man has been charged with the murder of a property developer who was found dead at his home in west London.

William Saunderson-Smith, 58, who was known as John, was found with head injuries at his home in Dewhurst Road, West Kensington, on 21 October.

Ireneusz Mydlarz, 36, of Broomgrove Gardens, Edgware, north London, was charged after being arrested in Harrow.

He is due in Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday. Slawomir Bugajewski, 38, has also been charged with murder.

The Polish national, of Braid Avenue, Acton, has already appeared in court and is next due for a hearing at the Old Bailey.

Mr Saunderson-Smith had been struck over the head and died from a brain injury.
