Mohammed Abdul Hasnath in court over terrorism charges

A man from east London has appeared in court charged with a number of terrorism-related offences.
Mohammed Abdul Hasnath, 19, of Blair Street, Poplar, was accused of offences under the Terrorism Act at a hearing at Marylebone Magistrates' Court.
Mr Hasnath faces six counts of possession of information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
He was remanded in custody until a hearing on 27 October.
