TfL 'failing' to keep cyclists safe at King's Cross


A junction where a cyclist was killed earlier this month was branded as dangerous by Transport for London three years ago.

An unpublished report said "casualties were inevitable" at the site.

Campaigners say work to improve roads outside King's Cross station still has not happened and claim TfL should face "corporate manslaughter" charges for failing in its duty of care.
