Chip fat helps London firm meet green targets


Firms in London are being urged to do more to generate their own energy and meet environmental targets.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) uses recyled chip fat, some of it orginating from its canteen, to fuel two generators.

These two generators burn through 45,000 litres of used cooking oil every month.
