Man remanded over Marvin Henry shooting in Mill Hill

A 21-year-old man has been remanded in custody over the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy in north-west London.

Ithai McPhee, a builder from Abbots Road, Edgware, has been charged with murdering Marvin Henry in Mill Hill on 27 October. He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday.

The victim was shot in the chest on an estate near Bray Road.

A man aged 18, who was arrested on Sunday, remains in custody. He was the 13th person to be held over the death.

Marvin, who was from Mill Hill, was the 17th teenager to be murdered in London since January.

Ten other males, aged between 14 and 18, and a 21-year-old woman who were arrested in connection with the shooting are due to answer bail in late November.
