Police appeal over 'targeted' attack in south London

Police have appealed to the local community a week after a was man shot in the head in south London in what police believe was a "targeted" attack.

Ricardo Cunha, 23, of Elder Road, West Norwood, was found dead in his flat in Pondfield House on Saturday, 11 September.

Officers believe the shot or shots were fired from outside the home of the Portuguese national.

No arrests have been made over the murder.

Det Ch Insp Nick Scola said: "We are still trying to establish the motive for this murder and would encourage anyone with information to come forward."
