A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a woman whose body was found at a house in Lincolnshire.

Marina Erte, 33, was discovered at a property in Elizabeth Road, Boston, on the afternoon of 20 May.

Gytis Griskevicius, 32, of St Ann's Lane, Boston, appeared at Nottingham Crown Court earlier where he was remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on 24 June.

Meanwhile, police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward.

The force says officers are keen to speak to a man seen in the Elizabeth Road area on the day Ms Erte's body was discovered.

Det Insp Jim Hodgson said: "We are looking for information relating to a man we think might be relevant to our inquiry and who may have been in the area between around 07:00 BST and 08:00 a week ago, on 20 May.

"He is described as wearing a hoodie-style top, shorts and white trainers."
