Lincoln boy's death: Man appears in court over grandson's murder

A man accused of murdering his nine-year-old grandson in Lincoln has appeared in court.

Stewart Greene, 64, has been charged with killing Alex Robinson.

The boy was found at a house in Pennell Street on Tuesday and was taken to Lincoln County Hospital, where he died.

Mr Greene, from Danes Court in Grimoldby, near Louth, was remanded in custody by Lincoln magistrates to appear at the city's crown court on Monday.
