Body of Shaun Scholes found in caravan in Freiston

Police have named a man whose body was found in a caravan in Lincolnshire.

Shaun Scholes, 51, was discovered in Drove Road, in Freiston, near Boston, at about 15:30 BST on Sunday.

His death is being treated as unexplained. A post-mortem examination carried out on Monday proved inconclusive.

Detectives are trying to trace the movements of Mr Scholes over the course of seven days prior to his body being found.

The scene is still being examined and house to house inquiries are being carried out by officers.

Police have also asked the public if they had seen Mr Scholes's car being used. It is a blue Volkswagen Polo, with the registration T59 TRH.
