Farewell flypast for RAF's Hawker Siddeley

Help

The RAF's oldest aircraft has retired from service with a flypast at RAF Cranwell in Lincolnshire.

The Hawker Siddeley 125 Dominie has been used to train air force navigators for more than 45 years.

But the cancellation of the Nimrod and a reduction in the number of Tornado fighters means its services are no longer needed.

Phillip Norton reports.
