Three bailed after lorry thefts on A1 in Lincolnshire

Three men arrested in connection with thefts from lorries parked overnight on the A1 in Lincolnshire, have been released on bail.

The arrests were made on the A1, just north of Grantham, at about 2300 BST on Wednesday.

A Lincolnshire Police spokeswoman said a car and a heavy goods vehicle were recovered from the scene.

Two men aged 27 and 25, from Leeds, and a 38-year-old man, from Castleford, have now been bailed.

The three men were released until 1 September pending further inquiries.
