A driver has been arrested after a car was driven on the wrong side of a motorway for 15 miles before eventually crashing into the embankment.
In the early hours of Saturday it went up the M69 from Coventry to Leicester, before crashing about a mile before the roundabout with the M1.
Police tweeted about the crash, saying there were "thankfully no injuries".
A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and dangerous driving.

Police confirmed they were called at 04:10 BST and the M69 was temporarily closed while they dealt with the situation.
The suspect has been released under investigation, police said.
