Two charged over Leicester car park death

Two men have been charged over the death of a man found in a car park.

Promise Ndlovu, 40, from Leicester, was discovered on Saturday morning in Charter Street in the city.

Ramandeep Dhaliwal, 34, and Kehar Hayer, 55, both of Spencefield Lane, Leicester, have been charged with conspiracy to murder.

Four more men have been arrested in connection with the death, one on suspicion of murder and three on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

Leicestershire Police has also referred itself to the Independent Police Complaints Commission as Mr Ndlovu had contacted them prior to his death.

The force said it was unable to give further details for legal reasons.

The cause of Mr Ndlovu's death has not been confirmed.
