Masked men attack car in Leicester robbery

A driver was injured and his car damaged during a robbery in Leicester.

The 24-year-old victim had parked in Clarendon Park Road on Monday morning when his vehicle was blocked in by another car.

Two masked men got out, smashed his car window and grabbed a bag containing cash.

Police said the driver suffered a cut to his hand. They added that as the area was busy at the time, they hoped witnesses would come forward.

The offenders' silver Vauxhall Vectra was driven off towards towards Queens Road.
