Charge over Leicester estate agent assault and robbery

A 22-year-old man has been charged in connection with the assault and robbery of an estate agent in Leicester.

The incident happened on 1 June when the agent took a man to view a house on Pool Road.

Once inside the property the attacker threatened the agent and stole his belongings, including his BMW car, mobile phone, jacket and passport.

A man has been charged with robbery and is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on 13 September.
