Three people have been arrested after an investigation into jury tampering during a "cash for crash" trial.
Four men were jailed for offences including manslaughter and conspiracy to commit fraud after the death of 88-year-old Betty Laird in Leeds in 2014.
A car she was travelling in was hit on Old Lane, Beeston, and she later died in hospital.
Two men, aged 27 and 28, and a 15-year-old girl were arrested on Thursday at two addresses in Beeston and Harehills.
The three, who are being held on suspicion of conspiracy to intimidate jurors and perverting the course of justice, remain in police custody.
