A woman with a baby was made to get out of her car by two masked men who then drove off with it.

The woman was parked outside an Indian restaurant in Halifax Road, Bradford, when the men - one thought to be holding a metal object - demanded she got out of the car.

Police said the woman was able to get her 11-month-old out of the car before the men drove off towards Odsal Top.

The woman and baby were unhurt in the incident at 21:20 GMT on Saturday.

One of the suspects is thought to have been wearing a hooded top with a grey body, back and hood and darker grey or black sleeves.

Det Con Simon Turton said: "This was understandably a frightening experience for the victim and her child.

"We treat any use of a weapon extremely seriously and it is vital that we identify and bring to justice those involved."
