A man has been arrested after a man found injured outside a Bradford pub died following a brawl.

Peter Burns, 54, from Girlington, was discovered outside the Queen Hotel in Thornton Road after a fight in the car park at about 23:30 BST on Saturday.

He died in hospital on Tuesday, sparking a murder investigation.

A 22-year-old man has been held on suspicion of murder and another 22-year old man has been rearrested under the same offence after answering bail.

He had previously been questioned on suspicion of wounding with intent, but has been detained again after detectives received new information, West Yorkshire Police said.

A 29-year-old man arrested on Tuesday remains in police custody. Three other men, aged 20, 33 and 49, arrested on Saturday, were released on police bail.

Mr Burn's family said they had been left "absolutely devastated and heartbroken".

A statement read: "His loss is felt greatly by us all and our lives have been changed forever.

"A night out with friends resulted in us losing somebody so special in our lives and we will never be the same again."
