Emma Siswick named as Huddersfield stab victim

A 37-year-old woman who was fatally stabbed at a house in Huddersfield has been named by police.

Emma Siswick was found with a serious stab injury at a property on Reinwood Road, Lindley, at about 21:30 BST on Sunday. She died later in hospital.

Four children were also found injured. Two boys, aged 9 and 11, are being treated in hospital but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

A 39-year-old man detained at the scene by police also remains in hospital.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Detectives are not looking for anyone else in connection with the attack, West Yorkshire Police said.
