Elland factory weapons find: Second man arrested
A second man has been arrested after guns and hand grenades were found at a factory in West Yorkshire.
Police were called to an industrial accident at the building on Park Road, Elland, on Wednesday, in which a 19-year-old man suffered hand injuries.
Two decommissioned grenades and four guns were then found at the site. The man was held on suspicion of firearms offences after he left hospital.
Another man aged 69 was later held on suspicion of firearms offences.
Both men remain in police custody.
West Yorkshire Police said: "The area was temporarily evacuated as a precautionary measure while military experts ensured the safety of the items."
The force appealed for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
