Preston teenager charged with drug offences after raids

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with conspiracy to supply drugs following police raids in Lancashire.

A "substantial" amount of drugs and cash were uncovered in New Hall Lane, Lawson Street, Gamull Lane and Cotty Brook Close in Preston on Tuesday.

The boy and two men aged 26 and 46, from Preston, are charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

All three are due to appear before Preston Magistrates' Court later.

A 44-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin with intent to supply, has been released on bail until 17 December.
