Thomas Coleman guilty of causing Kent motorist death

A man has been found guilty of killing a woman in a road crash in Kent.

Thomas Coleman, 23, from Lydd, was convicted of causing death by dangerous driving at Canterbury Crown Court.

Sylvia Loyds, 62, from the Romney Marsh area, died after the crash on the A259 between Brenzett and Lydd on 8 February 2015.

Coleman, from Sycamore Close, is due to be sentenced on 20 May following pre-sentence reports. He was banned from driving under an interim court order.
