Driver killed in collision with bus on A21 in Kent

A 32-year-old motorist died when his car collided with a double-decker bus on the A21 in Kent.

The crash happened at the Scotney Castle roundabout on the Lamberhurst bypass at 18:20 GMT on Monday.

No passengers were on the bus, and the driver was uninjured.

Police said the bus was heading north, away from Flimwell, and the car was leaving the roundabout and heading south when the collision occurred. The force has appealed for witnesses.
