Second Kent armed travel agency attack

An armed robbery at a travel agency in Kent may have been committed by the same two men who carried out a similar crime on Monday, police say.

Two men armed with a gun struck at a business in High Street, Hythe at about 11:40 GMT on Friday.

Staff were threatened and the men left with "a considerable amount of money", Kent Police said.

The men were believed to have been in the area for some time before the robbery.

Both offenders were described as being black. Police have asked for any witnesses to contact them.

Earlier Kent Police released CCTV images of two robbers who stole money from Thomas Cook in King Street, Sandwich on Monday.
