Residents return to evacuated Grimsby flats
Some residents have returned to a block of flats in Grimsby that was evacuated on Monday after concerns about the building's safety in high winds.
North East Lincolnshire Council said 57 of the 77 flats at the Victoria Mills complex in Victoria Street North had been declared safe.
The residents were moved out after the council said part of the building appeared to have moved.
A nearby road that was also closed has been reopened.
The council said structural engineers were monitoring the building.
A spokesman said: "For safety reasons, at the current time and as a precautionary measure, it has been decided to keep 13 apartments on the east side and seven on the west side vacant until further works take place to discover the extent of the problem and remedy it."
