A man who damaged 190 cars in an East Yorkshire town by slashing their tyres over a three-day period has been jailed.

Julian Glew, 45, of no fixed address, admitted three counts of criminal damage in September but failed to appear for sentencing a month later.

He was jailed for 11 weeks by magistrates in Beverley after being found by police.
