Hull McDonald's shooting: Man, 24, released on police bail

A 24-year-old man held for questioning over a shooting at a McDonald's car park in Hull has been released on bail.

The restaurant on St Andrews Quay was sealed off on 2 January after the windows of a Volkswagen Golf were shot out. No-one was injured.

Police described the shooting as an isolated incident.

The man, held on suspicion of attempted murder, drug possession and money laundering, has been bailed until February pending further inquiries.
