Two men killed in East Yorkshire farm accident named

Two men who were killed in an "industrial accident" on an East Yorkshire farm have been named.

Alexander Forman, 32, from Sunk Island, and Richard Pooley, 36, from Roos, died at a farm on Newlands Road, Sunk Island, on Monday.

Humberside Police said the pair were found dead at the scene by paramedics.

An inquest into their deaths has been opened and adjourned, and the Health and Safety Executive is investigating the incident.
