Matthew Cullum death: Kidderminster man jailed after crash
A driver who drove away after killing a man has been jailed for six months.
Matthew Cullum, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics after he was found on Hillary Road, in Stourport-on-Severn, in August last year.
Kamil Jussak, 23, from Long Acre in Kidderminster, pleaded guilty at Hereford Crown Court to causing death by driving a vehicle while uninsured.
Mr Cullum's family said they were "satisfied with the result".
In a statement they said: "No sentence will bring Matt back, however justice has been done today."
Sgt Lee Baker, from West Mercia Police, said: "Jussak has acknowledged the seriousness of the offences and now he will pay the price for his actions."
