Hereford man jailed for Brewers Arms pub stabbing

A man who stabbed another drinker at a Hereford pub has been jailed for three-and-a-half years.

Gypsy Smith, 57, from Nover Wood Drive in Fownhope, attacked the victim, who was in his 30s, at the Brewers Arms on Eign Road in November.

He previously admitted causing actual bodily harm, wounding with intent and possessing an offensive weapon.

He also admitted charges of affray and illegal possession of a firearm at Hereford Crown Court.
