Worcestershire railway line to close for two months

Rail passengers are being warned about two months of closures while work takes place to improve services between Redditch and Birmingham.

The work is part of a £100m investment package,

Network Rail area director Liam Sumpter said: "There will be some short-term disruption while the work is carried out and passengers are being advised to always check before they travel to and from Redditch over the summer for the latest information."
