Two men arrested over drugs find in Kidderminster

Two men have been arrested after a large quantity of drugs was seized in Worcestershire, police said.

Officers found a large quantity of what was believed to be ecstasy tablets after being called to a disturbance in Avon Road, Kidderminster, on Tuesday.

The men were arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of controlled drugs and cultivation of a controlled drug.

One remains in custody and the other has been released on police bail until 23 March.

Officers also discovered "a small cannabis cultivation" at the scene, a police spokeswoman added.
