Man arrested over taxi sex attack in Bromsgrove

A man has been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted by a taxi driver in Worcestershire.

The woman, in her late teens, was assaulted after being picked up by a black taxi near the Dog and Pheasant pub in Worcester Road, Bromsgrove.

The man, from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault over the incident which happened in the early hours of 11 December.

The man was released on bail until 15 February while inquiries continue.
