A 28-year-old man has admitted stealing charity boxes from Worcestershire shops.

Edward Schofield, from All Saints Place in Bromsgrove, in Worcestershire, admitted four counts of theft at Redditch magistrates on Wednesday.

He stole boxes raising money for the Poppy Appeal, Help for Heroes, Water Aid and Midlands Air Ambulance.

He was released on conditional bail and ordered to reappear at the same court on 22 November, the court confirmed.
