Two men killed in van crash on A30 near Hampshire

Two men have died in a two-van collision on the A30 in Hampshire.

A 63-year-old from Salisbury and a 58-year-old from Reading were killed in the accident on the A30 near Nether Wallop.

The road was closed after the crash at about 07:00 GMT but has since reopened. There were no other people in the vehicles.

The next of kin of both men have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

The the 63-year-old, who was driving a white Citroen van and the 58-year-old, who was driving a blue Volkswagen van, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the collision is being investigated by police.
