Ambulance crew cut in attack by two on Dibden Purlieu path
An ambulance crew member suffered cuts to his face and arm when he was attacked by two men while on duty.
The ambulance technician was on a path in Dibden Purlieu, near Hythe, on Monday evening when he was approached by two men shouting verbal abuse.
During the attack he was cut with a sharp object. He was not responding to an emergency call at the time and was not seriously injured.
Hampshire Constabulary is appealing for information.
The attack happened between 19:40 and 19:50 GMT on a path between Challenger Place and Cosworth Drive.
