A man has been charged for perverting the course of justice in connection with a murder investigation into an Oxford teenager's death.

Connor Tremble was stabbed in Fairacres Road on 13 February. He died in hospital two days later when his life support machine was switched off.

Bradley Jones, 21, of Bledington, Chipping Norton, has been charged in relation to the police investigation.

Two men have already been charged in connection to the 17-year-old's death.

William Blencowe, 20, of Oxford Road in Banbury was charged with murder and Grant Clemens, 23, of Stockwells, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, with assisting an offender.

Both are next due at Oxford Crown Court on 30 May.

Mr Jones has been released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on 14 April.

A 20-year-old woman from Moreton-in-Marsh who was arrested on 21 February on suspicion of perverting the course of justice will face no further action and has been released from bail, police said.
