Two murder arrests after baby's death in Gloucester

A baby boy has died a day after being found with serious injuries at a property in Gloucester.

The three-month-old was taken to hospital on Saturday and was later transferred to Bristol Children's Hospital. He died on Sunday evening.

A 20-year-old woman and man, 26, from Gloucester, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Saturday have been re-arrested on suspicion of murder.

They remain in custody, Gloucestershire Police said.

Officers have cordoned off a property on Archdeacon Street in Gloucester.
