Four bailed after Cheltenham stabbing

Four people who were arrested after a man was stabbed in Cheltenham have been released on bail.

The 34-year-old was stabbed several times in the Brunswick Street area of St Pauls early on 1 January.

Paramedics were called to the scene and he was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A Gloucestershire Police spokesman said all four had been released while investigations continue.
