Richard Miles 1993 death: One man re-bailed and two cleared
Two out of three men arrested over the death of a Gloucestershire man found with a knife in his chest 20 years ago will face no further police action.
Richard Miles, 29, from Stonehouse, was found stabbed in his garden in 1993.
The three arrests were made last month with Gloucestershire Police saying new information had been received and enquiries were ongoing.
A 53-year-old from Quedgeley, arrested on suspicion of murder, has had his bail extended until 29 January.
Gloucestershire Police said the other two men, a 44-year-old from Longford and a 66-year-old from Stonehouse, have had their bail cancelled and will face no further action.
At the original inquest into the death of Mr Miles, the coroner recorded an open verdict due to a lack of evidence about the stabbing.
His body had been found by his mother on 10 March 1993.
