Cirencester 100 homes plan application submitted

Developers have submitted a planning application to Cotswold District Council for 100 new homes and 50,000 sq ft of office space.

The Kingshill North scheme, on the outskirts of Cirencester, would include access to the site from London Road for cars, cyclists and pedestrians.

A consultation into the scheme is currently taking place.

Hundreds of new homes are currently being built at a neighbouring site close to the Kingsmeadow Tesco store.

Councillors are expected to make a decision on the application in early autumn.
