Three-year-old boy injured in A38 crash at Coombe Hill


Four people including a three-year-old child have been injured in a road accident in Gloucestershire.

The crash, involving a Seat and Renault Megane, happened on the A38 at Coombe Hill at about 1830 GMT on 15 November.

The Seat driver, a man in his 30s, was seriously injured and remains in a critical condition in hospital along with his three-year-old passenger.

The 21-year-old Megane driver was seriously injured and is in a stable condition. His passenger was not hurt.

The A38 was closed for more than six hours between Coombe Hill and Deerhurst while officers investigated the scene.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
