Gloucestershire honours war dead on Remembrance Sunday

People who died in wars and conflicts have been remembered at services and parades throughout Gloucestershire.

Cheltenham's remembrance ceremony was held at the war memorial in Long Gardens on Sunday morning.

In Stow-on-the-Wold, cadets, guides and scouts were among those marching in a parade from the town square.

A service of remembrance started at Gloucester Cathedral at 1500 GMT, attended by local servicemen, among others.

A Festival of Remembrance was due to be held at Cheltenham town hall on Sunday evening.
