Harlow man, 29, charged with attempted murder

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was found with life-threatening injuries in Essex.

Police found the man, aged in his 50s, after they were called to an incident in Potters Field, Harlow, on Friday afternoon.

He suffered serious head injuries and remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital, police said.

A 29-year-old man from Potters Field in Harlow is due to appear before magistrates in Chelmsford on Monday.
