Bhagwant Singh named as man who died in M25 crash

A man who died following a "catastrophic" crash on the M25 has been named.

Bhagwant Singh, 39, from Leicester, was killed in the collision which involved four lorries and a car near Waltham Abbey in Essex on 9 December.

A 33-year-old man, also from Leicester, arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, has been bailed.

A 25-year-old man arrested for the same offence has been transferred to the care of the mental health service.

Ch Insp Jonathan Baldwin, of Essex Police, had said the crash site was a "catastrophic scene of carnage".
